Intricately embroidered outfits will take 3-4 weeks to be shipped out. makes all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.

International Order will take 15 to 20 business days depending on the location and custom clearance in the destination country. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

We don’t do free international shipping. The cost of the courier will be borne by the customer.

Your card will be billed by the payment gateway when your payment is confirmed and subsequently the package will be shipped to its final international destination. Intricately embroidered outfits will take 3-4 weeks to be shipped out.

For UK and EU orders –

Customs and VAT will be charged as per the laws within your country. These customs and VAT will have to be paid by you. If you are unable to pay these at the time of accepting your package, please note that the order will not be cancelled or refunded.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

  • Potential Delays: Please note that during peak seasons, festivals, and occasionally due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, there might be an additional 10-15 day delay in order dispatch. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

C) Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, our courier partner will send you an email and text message containing the tracking ID. To monitor your order's progress or estimate delivery time, simply click on "Track Order" and enter your contact number or the full AWB on the courier partner link.

ORDERS & CONFIRMATION partners with third party logistic service providers separate and distinct from, to effectuate Product(s) delivery to end users. Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through Email & SMS along with the tracking number. The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) on the order confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third party Logistic Partner. shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners.

Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address.
